Looks like GTA 6 gameplay footage has been leaked again

summation

  • Oh no, folks, it's happening again. It looks like a new GTA 6 leak has surfaced.

  • The video only shows 30 seconds of footage from a CCTV camera in an alley, but it appears to be an actual situation.

  • We're not sure if this is a remnant of a previous build or an entirely new leak, but we'll find out for sure soon.

A new clip appears to have appeared on social media showing gameplay footage of Grand Theft Auto 6, but it's unclear if it's from a leaked build from 2022.

It's painful to see that it's been more than a year since Rockstar Games finally officially announced GTA 6 to the world. Let’s take a moment to remember what it was like. before That trailer. Despite knowing that a new game was in development, we've never seen anything official about it, only speculation and insider claims.

Forget GTA. This is an original event series from Half Life Is Gaming.

Grand Theft Auto 6 will be the gaming event of the 2020s, but Half-Life 3 will do something truly new.

At least that was the case until September 2022, when Rockstar released a massive leak revealing a lot of in-development footage of GTA 6. Not only did it give us a look at the game's two main characters (one of whom has yet to be revealed and its official name is yet to be determined), but it also confirmed the setting in Vice City and showed how detailed the world will be.

Since this massive leak revealed gameplay hours for GTA 6, Rockstar has cracked down on leaks in a big way, and it doesn't look like anything else has come out of the highly anticipated game. That was until earlier today when a new clip surfaced on social media that appears to have never been seen before.

The footage, which I won't include here but is easy to find at the time of writing, appears to be from the development build of the game. In it, the camera focuses on an alleyway and highlights CCTV cameras that appear to have functions related to robberies in the game. That's all there is to the clip, but it provides a detailed look into the world of GTA 6.

Am I the only one slightly fascinated by the actual sounds of those birds?!

At first, there was some doubt as to whether the footage was real, but fans figured out that the locations did indeed match real life, something Rockstar always loves to do. The car brands shown in the clip also match the world of GTA, and the Rage engine's motion blur can also be seen as objects move.

We won't know for sure until Rockstar responds to the leak, but it appears to be real and something we've never seen before. Since it's a developer build, it's likely to come from the 2022 batch leak and hasn't shown up until now, so don't expect it to remain on the internet for too long.
