In the Western Wilds: Occupied Bridge area of Mina the Holloweryou can find a small pond that Mina can burrow into to enter the Secret Passage. There's a locked chest inside that contains a useful Joule box, but accessing it requires a special tool. Here's how to get the chest in Mina the Hollower.
Before getting the necessary Sidearm for reaching the chest in the Secret Passage, you should first make sure you have an extra Kear. This is what the keys are called in Mina the Hollower. You might have some left over, but you can purchase more at the Kear Institute in Ossex's City Center. The first one you buy will only cost 300 Bones, but the price will increase for the rest of them.

What Do You Need to Reach the Chest in the Western Wilds Secret Passage (Occupied Bridge)?
Deflector Parasol Location
In order to jump over the big gap in the Secret Passage, you'll need to find the Deflector Parasol Sidearm. This is a yellow umbrella that Mina can throw at enemies or hold in her hands to float over pits. There's one early location we managed to find, and we'll show you exactly where it is.
If you read the signboard south of the main entrance of the town (Ossex), it'll tell you that the Queensbury Crypt is to the east. You don't actually need to head that far, but just head in that general direction until you see a cave entrance. You can reach it by hopping on the purple bouncy pads.
Enter the cave system and then work your way to the exit, which is on the far right. Once you leave the cave, walk a few steps down to find some breakable candles on the floor. We found the Deflector Parasol here. Once you have it equipped, you can press Y (Xbox) / X (Switch) / Triangle (PS5) to toss it, or you can hold the button to float over gaps/pits.
Take the Deflector Parasol back to the Western Wilds Secret Passage, and you can use it to jump over the gap and open the chest to find a Joule Box upgradeincreasing Max Joules for more Sidearm uses.
