There are many quests to complete. RomsteadOne of them is Venus' quest to unlock Wine Dolium, 'In Vino Veritas'. This quest requires you to offer grapes and beer to the altar and collect both drums and lyres.
In the desert biome you can only find drums and lyres, so follow the wide paved road down which will eventually lead you into the desert. From there, clear the fortress entrance and enter the desert. It's a fairly tricky area full of difficult enemies, so you may need to gear up and start hunting for tin to craft bronze as quickly as possible.
Where to Find Drums and Lyres
You can find both drums and lyres. In the desert biome in the Satyr camp. These are points of interest scattered throughout areas occupied by satyr enemies.
I haven't found any points of interest in particular that will spawn more drums and lyres, so generally use caution while exploring the biome.
The drums are as follows: Found by destroying boxes and objects similar to drums. Basically my advice is to destroy everything in the various satyr camps and check your inventory to see if any drums have been snagged.
The same applies to the lyre. Although I found this lyre in a box and not standing as an earthly object.
