Saved Bakugou when no one else could.
One of Izuku Midoriya's greatest achievements was something fans witnessed early on in the story. This was when Izuku was actually Quirkless and was told outright that he could not be a hero. Nonetheless, when the sludge attacked Bakugou, he didn't hesitate or think twice to extend a helping hand to his friend.
Even though he didn't have the means to help him or defeat the villain, he still rushed to help, which is an achievement in itself. According to All Might, the greatest sign of being a hero is having your body move on its own to save those in need. Izuku's very actions made him the ninth and final user of One For All.

One Master for All
Izuku has accomplished quite a bit over time, and it goes without saying that one of his greatest achievements to date has been mastering One For All. Although he hasn't mastered his Quirk 100% yet, he can actually pull off half of its power without much trouble. This may not seem impressive. But considering that he's only been working under him for about a year, Izuku has definitely accomplished a lot in this department.
When needed, he can also draw on the full power of One For All. But it would seriously injure him. Later, he was able to draw on all his strength thanks to the abilities the vestigial granted him.

Mastered other quirks
Izuku Midoriya is the only user of One For All who can use Quirks from previous traces. All Might, the eighth user of One For All, failed to do so. Izuku had access to six different Quirks stored in One For All, and with each passing generation, these powers grew stronger. Saved Kota
As a hero, Izuku Midoriya's main mission is to save lives. He has done this on countless occasions. However, some of them are more memorable to fans than others. When Izuku fought Muscular to save Kota, it made for a very interesting fight and character moment for him.
Despite being weaker than Muscular, Izuku stood his ground and fought the monstrous villain. He risked his own body and broke almost every bone to take him down. He did all this to save the life of a little child, and that is certainly admirable. With this, he also changed Kota's opinion about Heroes and eventually became an idol to him.

Saved by Eri
Just like he saved Kota, Izuku also ran to save Eri, who was introduced to fans in the Hassaikai Shie arc. Eri was abused by Chisaki, and Deku couldn't bear the thought of her being miserable forever.
In the end, it was he who saved her. But what's even more surprising is that he didn't just save her. He engaged her in a fight with her abuser and used her powers to take him down. This is truly an amazing achievement.

all fought for one
As the 9th user of One For All, Izuku was destined to fight All For One. In the Final War Saga, Izuku Midoriya fought the original All For One for the first time. He has also clashed with Shigaraki a few times now. As fans already know, All For One's conscience eventually gradually took over Shigaraki. In fact, for most of the Final War, Shigaraki was simply an extension of All For One.
Therefore, he and Izuku clashed and surprisingly, Deku fought him in battle. Their clash took place at the end of My Hero Academia, and Izuku was unable to maintain his strength in this battle without leaving a trace. This meant, without a doubt, that Izuku would always achieve his dreams and, in doing so, surpass his mentor All Might.
In the end, Deku was recognized by All Might as the greatest hero, and for a boy born without problems, Deku would become the next generation's symbol of peace. Without a doubt, this will forever remain his greatest achievement and will cement his legacy as the greatest in the My Hero Academia universe.
