It's taken a very long time to get here, but it's finally happening. Power Rangers presents its first LEGO set. This is a supposedly sizable set based on the show's original Megazord, created from a LEGO Ideas submission.
Lego confirmed the good news with the release of their latest Lego Ideas review. In the largest idea review in history, we've confirmed that out of 57 sets that reached 10,000 supporters between January 2025 and May 2025, 6 have been selected for official LEGO set assignments, with the Power Rangers Megazord set submitted by TrumanBricks being one of them.
It's really happening. We really do get a Power Rangers Lego set.
Images of the final product are not yet available, but LEGO used a photo submitted by TrumanBricks to give us a rough idea of what the set will look like. The final product will be a Lego version of the Megazord from the original Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers series, but that means the larger set could be broken down into the five individual Zords from Power Rangers.
TrumanBricks' design also included minifigure versions of the original five Rangers, all of which were included in the LEGO presentation, confirming that the idea would soon become a reality. This means it will probably be part of the final Megazord set. It might be a little odd to have a set of Megazords that can be broken down into individual Zords without a Megazord set, so it's almost certainly a safe assumption to make.
We originally reported on the Power Rangers Lego set back in January. At this point, TrumanBricks' Lego Idea gained 10,000 supporters. This means you've officially qualified for LEGO consideration. Nine months later, Lego apparently decided that the Power Rangers were inspirational enough that they should have their own Lego set.
With all of these IPs, there would have been some logistical hurdles to jump through before LEGO could confirm that the Power Rangers would be turned into toy bricks. Lucky for Lego, Hasbro has made a decision when it comes to Power Rangers toys. Mattel has a Lego competitor, Mega, but Hasbro doesn't have its own toy line of toy blocks.
Other sets included in LEGO's biggest idea release yet include new additions based on E.T., Downton Abbey and a bowl of ramen. But before we get anything else, we'll get LEGO's first Pokemon set. There is a belief that these sets will be released or revealed on Pokemon Day 2026 and that one of them will cost $650.
