This is the easiest way to collect more flags. While Harvest Racers is active, the Tycoon will see a square with a flag token on the board.

All players have to do is land on that square. Then they will receive this token. By default, you'll be given one flag each time you land, but you can increase the multiplier to get more flags. For example, a multiplier of 20x gives you 20 flags.
