After purchasing Megaphone, When equipped from your inventory, a gear icon will appear on the right side of the screen.. Click the gear to open the Sound ID Code box, then simply Enter the sound ID you want to use..
You can only have one Sound ID equipped at a time, but you can change it whenever you want.
