If you are starting a new life, this is what you should do. Choose a sport with your special talent. You can also use an existing character as long as you already have a talent for the sport. We recommend choosing countries where soccer is particularly popular, such as England, Brazil, or Spain.
As your character grows, you should focus on improving his athletic abilities as much as possible. Keep going to the gym, take regular walks, and eat a healthy diet after these activities. You can find all of this in the Mind and Body menu.
Once your school starts offering extracurricular activities, join the soccer team as soon as possible. Each year he continues to practice with the soccer team, and after several successful seasons, he is eventually promoted to team captain. This completes the first challenge task.

The safest way to pass any doping test is to abstain from using both performance enhancers and drugs. If your character has never used one, don't worry if your league randomly asks you to test it out.
But I used performance enhancers several times because I wanted to improve my chances of winning the Ballon d'Or. This can greatly help your performance, but it also puts you at risk of failing a drug test.
