Specialized nen users are technically rare. However, there are two people among the Phantom Troupe who actually fall into this category, one of whom is Pakunoda. Pakunoda's specialization-based Nen abilities allow her to do memory work. Her Nen abilities, Psychometry and Memory Bomb, allow her to read memories and implant new memories into the heads of others.
Pakunoda is definitely one of the weakest specialization users around. She is one of the physically weakest of the Spiders, and her abilities are more useful for information gathering. Pakunoda died in the York New Arc after sacrificing his life to provide vital information to the Phantom Troupe.
Morena Prudo

Morena Prudo He is the main antagonist who first appears in the Succession Contest arc. She's a complete mystery to anime viewers, but she's proven to be a fantastic villain who many will already consider one of the best in Togashi's story.
Morena Prudo is a specialized Nen user. Although not the most combat-focused character, her contagion abilities make her scary in a different way. Morena's Contagion allows her to build an army of Nen users who can level up and develop powerful Nen skills. Fans haven't seen her in battle yet, but she's definitely talented and not one to be messed with. Her potential with this ability is dire.

Tserriednich Hui Guo Rou He is the fourth prince of the Kakin Empire. Although this character has not yet appeared in the anime, he is a specialized Nen user who is frighteningly overwhelming. Kurapika Part of the main cast. Hunter × Hunter With Gon, Killua, and Leorio. Technically Kurapika is not a specialized Nen user. In general, his affinity is actually Conjuration. However, when his eyes turn scarlet, he becomes a specialized user.
Kurapika is incredibly skilled and his chain is also very versatile and has a variety of abilities. He is particularly effective against members of the Phantom Troupe. His specialization-related abilities include Stealth Dolphin and Emperor Time. It's incredibly powerful, but it also costs some life.
Neferpitou

Main Specialization Nen Abilities: Doctor Bryce, Terpsichora (assumed)
Neferpitou One of Meruem's royal guards and one of the main antagonists of the Chimera Ant. Hunter × Hunter series. Despite the misconception, Pitou is actually the only chimeric ant that falls into a category of specialization that even Meruem does not belong to.
Of the Royal Guard, Pitou is undoubtedly the most powerful, and in terms of sheer combat prowess she is probably the most powerful specialist. Pitou's Nen abilities are related to puppetry. She has a few skills, most of which seem to come from specialization. Doctor Blythe's Nen type is not revealed, but it appears to be related to his specialization, as he has shown the ability to heal almost anything. Pyto's Terpsichora ability, which he uses to enhance his combat abilities, also seems to be mixed in with the specialization. Her overall combat abilities make her stronger than the majority of Hunters. Only a few like Netero or Adult Gon are strong enough to fight her. If she had been able to live longer, she could have become stronger.
Alluka Zoldyck

In the world Hunter × Hunter, Alluka Zoldyck Possessed by a creature known as Nanika. Together, these are the most powerful users in their specialization category. In fact, Togashi herself has stated that she is the only Nen Master in her specialization category. Her strength and power come directly from the Dark Continent along with Nanika.
Not much is known about Nanika, but her power is so great that she can grant almost any wish anyone asks of her, but at a cost. With this power, Nanika was able to heal Gon, something no one else had been able to heal since he sacrificed all of his Nen to defeat Neferpito. However, Alluka and Nanika do not yet have the exact Nen abilities that come from their specialization. In the future, there will be more focus on this amazing duo of characters. Especially since Killua Zoldyck reappears later in the story. Unfortunately, given the hiatus and current position in the story, it doesn't seem like we'll see it in the comics any time soon.
