As the main story progresses My Hero Academia It's all about professional heroes and their ability to get the job done. This animated world had to fill the gap between the heroes' battles. My Hero Academia: Vigilante It elegantly balances the familiar and the new with its story of an underrated vigilante patrolling the streets, making it one of the best animated spinoffs in years. Not everyone will graduate from UA with honors or have what it takes to compete with All Might in the professional hero ranks, but these vigilantes don't care.
With or without the blessing of the law, these brave vigilantes will use their ingenuity, wit, and even social media to keep the streets of Naruhata safe and clean for everyone. This also includes several redeemed petty criminals who have turned over a new leaf and agreed to use their ingenuity to protect pedestrians from criminals. The officially recognized list of vigilantes is rather short, but the list includes some truly clever crime fighters with the wit and ingenuity to get the job done.

The aspiring idol who calls himself Pop Step has the weakest Quirk of any vigilante. My Hero Academia: Vigilante. But that hardly matters to her, since Pop Step is actually more interested in performing music than fighting crime on the streets. Often she uses her Leap Quirk to keep pace with Koichi as he patrols Naruhata.
If you need a Pop Step, the Leap's enhanced mobility allows you to move across city blocks. The Pop Step requires you to land on your feet to stay safe and keep moving, which was a minor drawback that almost resulted in injury at times. If Pop Step had had more practice with Leap, he would have been able to navigate Naruhata with a lot more ease and precision, but I don't think that's the case right now.

Instead, Rapt is a token vigilante whose Lizard Quirk doesn't seem to do him much good in everyday life. The only thing that makes the Lizard stronger than Leap is how the Trigger drug transforms the Rapt into a larger, more animalistic being with a pair of wings. In this form, the Lizard allows Rapt to take to the skies, ideal for avoiding danger or patrolling Naruhata to spot trouble on vigilante missions.

Moyuru Tochi is a person with an Ignition Quirk, which usually appears as a flame above his head. When Moyuru uses Trigger, Ignition becomes a more fearsome combat-oriented Quirk, and Moyuru himself looks the part of a villain. But he's now using his fire for good and taking his vigilante duties quite seriously. Ignition doesn't reach the level of what Hellflame or Blueflame can do, but Koichi will be happy to know that this Fire Quirk is now on the vigilante's side.

Antihero vigilante Soga Kugisaki is the most powerful of the three punks who initially join Koichi's side. My Hero Academia: Vigilante. He has the best martial arts skills for those who are not students or heroes, and his Spike Quirk also has significant potential. Even without the benefit of a trigger, spikes are a handy weapon to use against common street criminals.
When Trigger powers up Soga's spiky Quirk, Spike turns him into a vigilante evil hedgehog covered in hard spikes to thwart all melee attacks. Soga also has some of the most interesting moral ambiguity among the vigilantes, as he is both a vicious bully and a history of abuse at the hands of others due to his “vicious” quirks. Soga is someone that anime fans will like. almost It's a shame, but it's reassuring to know that Soga is now using Spike to support the vigilante.

The protagonist, Koichi Haimawari, may not have the greatest ingenuity of any known vigilante, but he still makes surprising strides with that ingenuity. Koichi started out as a mobility enhancer and has now become something more: Slide and Glide. Slide and Glide is a quick way to patrol the streets. and This is a way to knock down petty criminals or attack them with a ranged energy attack.
