Yoroi Musha retired before showing his true power
It's unfortunate that one of the top ten Pro Heroes of the All Might era was forced to retire due to a life-threatening injury or career-ending loss, but it's also because the weight of public criticism became too heavy to bear. Dressed in traditional Japanese armor and armed for battle, Yoroi Musha seemed ready for any battle, but retired before he could make a lasting impact on the series.
Even Yoroi Musha's Quirk remains a mystery due to his limited appearances and early ending to the series. However, it is reasonable to assume that this has something to do with his traditional Japanese armor and weapons. He has also been shown wielding a katana in combat, but the lack of on-screen feats makes it difficult to gauge the full extent of his abilities. Nonetheless, his ranking of #9 Pro Hero strongly suggests that he was a powerful fighter worthy of standing among Japan's elite heroes.

His engine ingenuity gives him a massive boost of speed through his arms, allowing him to lunge at his opponents and kick them with devastating force. Before temporarily retiring, Ingenium took on high-speed threats like the Bat Villain, one of the fastest criminals in the series, and even faced the infamous Stain, despite his fearsome record.

Eraserhead proved that a hero's duty never ends.
Eraserhead stopped at nothing to support its students. My Hero AcademiaEspecially in the Final War, he played a key role in the divide and conquer campaign against All For One and Tomura Shigaraki. Without Eraserhead, Izuku wouldn't have been able to achieve the ultimate battle-ending smash that everyone had been waiting for for so long.
Although Eraserhead's Erasure Quirk isn't as destructive as his more powerful abilities in the series, he was still able to buy time for his students and, with Monoma's help, was able to stop even the most powerful villains like Shigaraki Tomura. Now Eraserhead is a semi-retired hero, but his personal obligations to Hero Society and UA High School continue.

Gran Torino's legendary career did not end with retirement
Gran Torino must have been very powerful in his youth, considering that even in his old age he left behind feats that would be difficult for new generations of heroes to match. From guiding Deku's One For All mastery to assisting in the capture of Kurogiri while dealing with Gigantomachia and knocking Dabi to the ground with a single blow, Gran Torino has performed all of these feats well beyond his prime.
Judging by his outstanding fighting ability against Tomura Shigaraki with Endeavor, retirement does not seem to suit Gran Torino at all. Gran Torino is best known as one of the series' greatest mentors, but even after retirement, he never stopped proving his worth on the front lines.

In fact, Endeavor's flames were more destructive than ever by the end, proving to his children that despite his immense potential, surpassing Endeavor would be no easy task. He may no longer be at the peak of his power, but with the support of trusted friends and allies, All Might returns to the front lines wearing a state-of-the-art armored suit capable of replicating multiple Quirks at once. The same suit proved powerful enough to seriously weaken the much younger All For One in their final confrontation.
