Marines are some of the most powerful individuals. one pieceAs would be expected of a major force being used by world governments to curb the power of pirates across the seas. As the military representative of the world government, the Marine Corps has always required strong personnel. This includes individuals powerful enough to stop powerful pirates, such as the Admiral.

At the same time, there are people who are not yet in their prime, but have full potential and a bright future. These people need some time to do their best and reach the highest level.

Helmeppo

• Current position: Major SWORD

Helmeppo may not be the strongest man in the Navy, but he's certainly a student Garp is proud of. Helmeppo has quite a few strengths up his sleeve. Currently, he holds the rank of major in the Marine Corps, and although he is not very high, he may be able to rise to a higher rank. Compared to other marines in One Piece, fans can be sure that he will not reach the highest level. Despite this, he knows about Haki and is strong enough to fight off the Blackbeard Pirates' minions, as seen in Egghead. In time, Helmeppo will reach his full potential.

Hibari is a member of SWORD known for being brave, and her mission to rescue Koby shows that she has a very brave heart. She's also very powerful, and fans have seen her utilize some of Vegapunk's machines in battle. She has a lot of potential, as Garp labels her as one of the people who will reveal the world of the future and drive away pirates.

Hibari has a long way to go, and he certainly has a long way to go before he reaches his peak. However, she has quite a bit of potential and can at least become a very powerful lieutenant general.

Prince Grus

Prince Grus is one of the most skilled men in the Navy. He is a Rear Admiral of the Marine Corps and is certainly a force to be reckoned with. He possesses the power of Gungununomi, a Paramecia-type ability that allows him to create clay-like substances and manipulate them at will.

In the Egghead Arc, Grus showed why he is so dangerous. Considering he's already an Admiral, it won't be long before he becomes a Vice Admiral, and he might even become an Admiral in the future, especially since Garp seems to have a lot of faith in him.

Kujaku

• Current rank: SWORD Major General

Kujaku is Tsuru's granddaughter, and that alone gives her considerable potential, making her one of the most accomplished naval officers of the new generation. She is also a Rear Admiral, just like Prince Grus, and fans know she holds the power of Muchi Mucho no Mi. Using this ability, she can turn her sword into a whip and use it to bend people and even inanimate objects to her will.

Her abilities are very interesting, and fans will likely see them more often in the future. Considering her lineage and abilities, fans know she will carve out a great future for herself, rising to higher ranks and potentially becoming the first female admiral.

heavy doll

• Current position: Lieutenant General

Vice Admiral Doll is a very powerful individual, and fans recently got to see her show off her great powers in the Egghead Arc. As a lieutenant general, she has excellent control over the armed faction and the observation faction, and it is expected because they all possess this skill. She can also use the Six Powers, as seen recently when she fought the Giants in Egghead.

The doll was able to knock out Kashi with a powerful punch, and it was clear that she utilized abilities very similar to Ryuoh's while accomplishing this feat. She is not that old, which clearly indicates that she may become an admiral in the future.

Tashigi showed disappointment on several occasions, but one pieceFans know she has big ambitions. To achieve your dreams, you need to become stronger. Currently, Tashigi holds the rank of captain in the Marine Corps, which means that there are many people with higher authority than her.

Still, the ride is pretty strong. She can already utilize two types of Haki, and uses all six powers to some extent. I think she has become even stronger since Punk Hazard. In the future, fans will hope that she realizes her potential and becomes a naval admiral.

Among the Marines, the person most likely to end the story is none other than Smoker. Fans know that he is currently a Lieutenant General, and he is also one of the shining stars within the organization. He possesses the power of Logia-type Mokumoku-nomi, which allows him to create, control, and transform smoke at will.

Smoker also has strong hockey, and there is no doubt that he will be an admiral or a Marine admiral in the future.

When it comes to potential, fans know Koby may have the most within the Navy ranks. In the Egghead Arc, the training with Garp he endured through the timeskip finally shows its colors and allows him to destroy an island-sized arm with a single blow. Koby has tremendous control over Haki while also making good use of the Six Powers. He aims to become an admiral one day, and he will definitely get there because that is his biggest dream. He also intends to take on the strongest pirates of the sea right now, and most of all, he wants to prevent Luffy from becoming the Pirate King. This won't be easy for him to achieve, but Eiichiro Oda has definitely set him up to achieve it in Final Saga, and it's something fans are eager to see.
