The artist who worked for almost 10 years in Sucker Punch seems to have lost his job because of the post on the assassination of Charlie Kirk. DrewWarrison said she lost her dream job.
Harrison told Bluesky, “If you fight against fascism, if my dream job has seen my dream job for 10 years, I will do 100x stronger.” Dev also updated the linked in page and confirmed that the role of Sucker Punch's senior staff character artist was over in the studio in nine years.
Artist who claims to send a post on Charlie Kirk
The post that Harrison's missing work has lost her work still went to Bluesky when he entered it, and “I want Luigi to know that his brother is back because he is Mario.” This post is a mention of the assassination of Utah's political activist Charlie Kirk and the murder of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson. While a man named Luigi Mangione was accused of murdering Thompson, the identity of a man who assassinated Kirk was still unknown.
As in the post later, Harrison's posts admit that they are approaching their employers soon after mentioning them about getting attention on Twitter. Then, in the early morning, Harrison shared a screenshot showing how many absence of telephone received from Sucker Punch's Higher Ups.
The phone seems to tell Harrison that she has or lost her job. Her launch comes three weeks before the launch of Sucker Punch, the next big game, Ghost of Yotei. The first game of PlayStation Studio since its follow -up measures for GHOST in Tsushima and TSUSHIMA in 2020.
In other words, even though she lost her job, Harrison's work will appear in Yotei. In front of Harrison's last post, the things that seemed to have left her seem to have left her challenge to those who are trying to find her.
Harrison, who has worked with Sucker Punch since 2016, would have been greatly involved in bringing Tsushima's ghosts and Yotei's ghost works to life. The work of the game that celebrates amazingly visually.
