Jill Valentine's most recent appearance was in the 2015 CGI animated film Death Island. She was 40 years old at the time of the film and 46 at the time of Village. According to the leak, Resident Evil 9 is set four years later, making her 50 years old.

Leon Kennedy was 38 years old on Death Island. That means he will be 48 years old when Resident Evil 9 comes out. According to the leak, he will “look much older,” but Jill will still “look exactly the same as she did on Death Island.” If you haven't seen the movie, you'll probably look almost exactly like she did when she was 23 in the Resident Evil 3 Remake. It will.

It's especially strange considering how much the male characters have aged in the same time period. However, in Death Island, it is revealed that the T-Virus that Jill was infected with before Resident Evil 5 slows down her aging. I guess that's one way to wave it. Right?

Resident Evil 9 hasn't been officially announced, so there's no specific release date yet. Reportedly, we can expect a release around late 2025 or 2026, but until the game is properly revealed by Capcom themselves, take it with a grain of salt.
