Fans know that he is incredibly powerful. He has an unnamed saber similar to Shanks' sword. Since he has a relationship with Shanks, it is natural that he possesses tremendous abilities.

The level of his power is not stated in the story, but considering Oda himself has said that Garling is very powerful, it is very easy to deduce. In addition, the dragon itself is wary of the world government unit called the Knights of God, and recently Garling has been at the top of it. His sheer power would be truly incredible. He was also the champion of God Valley a long time ago and lost to Rocks D. Xebec, but has become much more powerful since then. It is officially said that although he was not at a very high level when fighting Whitebeard and Roger, he became several times stronger upon returning to Wano.

Oden was able to hold his own against Yonko Kaido in combat and potentially even kill him with a surprising use of the Conqueror's Haki. In fact, he was able to cause post-traumatic stress in Kaido even decades after his death. No doubt he would have been able to hold his own admirably against Nusjuro.
