Pokémon released its first Lego set earlier this year, and rumors have been rife that more Lego sets will be released this summer. We may have gotten our first look at one of the upcoming sets, because a very real leak of the LEGO Arcanine has been shared online.

This image, shared by Brick Clicker after a listing appeared on Amazon's UK site, shows the packaging for the upcoming Arcanine Lego set. Although it hasn't been officially revealed by LEGO yet, it's almost certain that this will find its way into the world ahead of time, and by all accounts, it looks pretty cool.

Less than two years after its release, LEGO's Great Deku Tree set is preparing for retirement.
There are 1,109 sets, Although it's almost twice the size, it's the second smallest set of Pokémon since the Eevee build released on Pokémon Day. The price is $109.99. According to the leak, this makes it the second cheapest Pokemon Lego set to date, behind Eevee.
This will be great news for Pokemon fans who aren't sure how much officially licensed LEGO sets cost these days. The Eevee is priced reasonably at $59.99, but prices go up significantly for limited sets. The Pikachu set, which many people don't like, costs $199.99, while the largest set, which features fully evolved versions of all three Generation 1 starter Pokemon, costs an eye-catching $649.99.
Is Arcanine the best-looking Lego Pokemon ever?
Not only is $110 not bad for a Pokemon set, especially one with over 1,100 pieces, but Arcanine looks pretty good in LEGO. Considering the detail on the Fire-type, Lego has done a pretty good job. Considering that and the much lower cost compared to other Pokemon options, you can see that this set is doing pretty well in terms of sales.
According to the leak, the set will be here on August 1, 2026. This lines up with other Lego Pokemon leaks we've heard. This is the first leak that's extensive enough to include actual images of what the set will look like, but there have also been other rumors suggesting an imminent influx of new Pokémon sets this summer.
One of those rumors claims that a Lego Pokeball set is coming our way and that the set will be filled with the first Pokemon minifigures. Even with images of Arcanine currently available, the only future Pokémon Lego sets we know for sure are those modeled after Pokémon cards. Lego is running a contest where fans can design their own set of Lego Pokémon cards, and the winning design will be produced in the flesh.
