The new event registration is provided through the PS5 Game Hub, as in the case of all modern Esports tournaments hosted by PlayStation. The main requirements for registration are 18 years of age or older and have active PS Plus membership regardless of the class. Sony's subscription service is still available on PS4, but the 15th commemorative cup is only open to the PS5 owner. In mid -2012, almost one of the five PS Plus members (19%) still used PS4, so this limit greatly limited the pool of the participants of the tournament.

According to CUP's official rules, competition is mostly 69 countries that are officially supported by PlayStation Network, but not everything. In other words, six PSN countries, including Croatia, were missing from the list of qualified cup participants. The second part of the 15th Anniversary Cup will begin on July 10. PS Plus 15th Anniversary Cup is only available to 18+ PS5 owners with PS Plus membership qualifications in some countries.
The 15th Anniversary Avatar is not the only reward for participants to receive during a month's event. But this is the only guaranteed approval for registration. Other rewards are games, regions and rankings. This price is distributed through a digital voucher within a few days after the end of the tournament. The PlayStation System Notification will allow you to win a new voucher. Since these notifications expire after 30 days, logging in immediately after the event is essential for claiming compensation.
