When a young woman is forced to park her car on the side of the road, she runs toward it from an unseen pursuer. Unfortunately, she finds herself trapped in a small cabin filled with bloody corpses, and is quickly cornered by a masked killer. A brief look at the subsequent police investigation hints at the main storyline the player will follow, as he takes on the role of a young male protagonist who violently confronts the killer. A brief fight scene shows the protagonist having to dodge a sword swing before landing a right uppercut, providing the pinnacle of thrills that await.
Multiple reviews about Don't Stop at the Redwoods He spoke positively about the story, puzzles, villains, and classic graphics. Two previous reviews pointed out bug issues, but the version 2.0 update, which combined Chapters 1 and 2 and was released in March, included fixes for mechanical inconsistencies and overall technical improvements.
