NTE's Forsaken Anomaly Council Guide to Heaven

in From eternity to eternityHeaven's Forsaken Anomaly Commission requires you to kill three fish anomalies called Tides of Misfortune, located on the roof of a very tall building in the New Herland District.

The most difficult aspect of completing this Anomalous Board is actually getting to the rooftop where the anomaly is located. Climbing the side of a building works, but it's time consuming. An easier method is to first teleport to the Midas Tower Lelorero phone booth just west of the anomaly's location, then use the glider to descend to the roof surface of the Witop building, where you can find the anomaly.

You can activate this teleportation point by going through the red door portal on the first floor of Midas Tower to reach the top of the tower, then climbing up the platform puzzle section to reach the phone booth.
