There is no need to worry about collectibles outside of Ace Chemicals as they are part of the open world. Analyze the three bears and head inside to begin the mission.

The first collectible comes after you defeat the giant Red Hood enemy and take the elevator down.

When the elevator reaches the bottom, turn around and look to the right to find a ledge you can grab.

Glide through the gap between the floors to find a WayneTech cache.
Ace Card #1

After assembling the large fan and passing through the large gap, you will find the Ace Card lying in the left corner of the giant spinning barrel.

There is a button to press on the door, but I'd like to ignore it for now. Instead, continue along the passage to the right of the button to find a ledge you can walk on.

Use Jim Gordon's gum gun to plug the pipe, then enter through the vent to find the WayneTech cache.
Ace Card #2

There is a large fan that can be deactivated by entering the room via a button. But ignore this for now.

If you look to the left, there's a ledge you can grab with the hook gun, and if you follow the stairs you'll find an Ace card next to a bear having a tea party.

Once you have access to the vent, glide to reach the top.

Turn around and use the Batarang to hit the target, which will disable the fan and allow you to drop down to the floor and get the WayneTech Cache.

You can turn the fan back on via the button at the bottom.
Ace Card #3

After using Glide to reach the top of the vent, look up the vent to find an Ace card that can be destroyed.

After going through the ventilation shaft, you will enter a large room filled with enemies. Follow the path to the left to find this WayneTech cache.
Red Brick No. 1 (toxic waste)

There is a long hallway with a glass floor, where you can see enemies partying. When you exit the glass floor hallway, look to your right and enter the vent.

You need to use Jim Gordon's Gum Gun on the hole leaking green liquid, then pull the lever with Batman's Grasp Gun, and then use Jim's Gum Gun once more to grab the red brick.

There's a long sequence where you have to dodge Red Hood One's rockets and chase after him.

After this sequence you will reach a room with an elevator and safety glass.

This Ace card is located in the right corner of the back.
WayneTech Cache #5

Thanks to Red Hood One, we're able to continue tracking him until we reach a section where the facility begins to collapse and the road is blocked by a fire.

Instead of putting out the fire with the blue pipe, you can look left, grab the railing, and pull the panel to find the final WayneTech cache.
Ace Card #5

Continue forward and you'll encounter Red Hood One again, who will fire a rocket at you before leaving.

Inside this room, go into the small room to the right of the blue pipe and follow it to get the final Ace card.
