One For All Inheriting whimsy isn't easy. Because Izuku Midoriya's body needs days or even years of preparation to adapt and withstand that incredible force. As a first step toward inheriting a God-level Quirk, All Might trained Izuku at Takoba Municipal Beach Park to clean up the huge piles of trash of all shapes and sizes scattered throughout the area.

The first step to full cowl control of Deku
5% Izuku Midoriya is still in the early stages of mastering the power of One For All. Under Gran Torino's guidance, Izuku learned how to flow OFA evenly throughout his body instead of focusing it on just one part of his body.
Despite the lower power output of the full cowl, Izuku's speed and movement are noticeably improved. Best of all, when his control is at 5%, Izuku can fight with more control over his traits instead of recklessly inflicting injuries. These improvements allow Izuku to impress Stain and his rivals during the rescue training race.

When All Might invited Izuku to become I-Island's Plus One, he never dreamed that he would receive such valuable equipment directly from Melissa Shield. The Full Gauntlet is a very useful support item inspired by All Might's brute force that Melissa equips Izuku to help him withstand his quirk.
With the full gauntlet, Izuku can unleash up to three powerful One For All smashes without suffering immediate injury. It also helps stabilize your output while using Full Cowl, giving you greater control in combat. At 100% power, Deku was even able to fight alongside All Might and ultimately defeat Wolfram by combining the Double Detroit Smash.

Deku's Heroic Breakthrough in the Forest
During the Forest Training Arc, Izuku Midoriya faced Mercular, an overwhelmingly powerful villain with a muscle-enhancing quirk. As a member of the Vanguard Action Squad sent to disrupt and attack Izuku and his fellow students, Muscular eventually grew impatient and met up with Kota and Izuku, setting the stage for a brutal confrontation.
Because of Muscular's overwhelming physical strength, Izuku had no choice but to push One For All to 100% to protect Kota. The attack only tore through Mercular's outer defenses and damaged his upper body and prosthetic eye, but it still served as undeniable proof of Izuku's power. In a last desperate effort, Izuku unleashed a 1,000,000% Delaware Detroit Smash, breaking through Muscular's enhanced muscles and ultimately defeating him once and for all.

Dark Izuku (Vigilante Deku)
When Deku became a one-man army
Dark Deku, also called Vigilante Deku, is a fighting style phase that Izuku went through after leaving UA High School. Instead of taking on the appearance of a traditional hero, he takes on a much older and more menacing appearance, and relentlessly hunts down villains with minimal sleep and extreme fatigue. He even abandoned All Might and closed off both his mind and heart.
At this point, Dark Deku doesn't have the greatest raw power, but his focused and ruthless mentality makes him much more effective in combat. His tenacious fighting style is so extreme that some people mistake him for a high-end Nomu. He is strong enough to overpower even his own friends until Katsuki Bakugo ultimately brings some sense into him.

Deku's Inhuman Appearance in Final War
Overlay Deku, also known as Carnage Deku, is another villainous form of Izuku Midoriya. He unlocked this form in the Final War Arc during his fight with Tomura Shigaraki. At first glance, Izuku appears to be a ruthless villain, surrounded by dark, uncontrollable shadows that give him a menacing, almost inhuman presence.
However, these black shadows are actually Blackwhip tendrils that Izuku uses to support his body and prevent recoil by repeatedly using Gearshift. In this state, he is able to effectively puppeteer his own movements, using his tendrils to stabilize his body and improve his mobility, and maintain combat effectiveness even under extreme physical strain as he confronts Shigaraki.

Deku's final stand in the war arc
Many fans were surprised that Izuku Midoriya eventually lost his Quirk, but the spark of One For All likely remained within him for some time afterwards. It's almost as if All Might gradually lost access to his Quirk after being pushed to his limits over the years as he continued to fight powerful villains.
Perhaps the most impressive feat that Izuku achieved as the spark of One For All was his final slam against All For One. This ultimately helped free Tenko Shimura from his control and end the cycle of hatred that had consumed him. Izuku's Final Smash not only changed the weather and sent shockwaves across Japan, but it also reduced All For One and Shigaraki to dust.

It's not just Izuku Midoriya My Hero Academia During the climactic fight against Nine, a powerful villain who can control and manipulate the weather at will, even Bakugou Katsuki was temporarily able to access this overwhelming form, making him a character capable of using his full cowl at 100% power.
Back to Izuku, at Full Cowl 100% he is able to rival and even surpass All Might in almost every aspect, putting him up against the strongest opponent in the series. From Nine to Overhaul to Flect Turn, he can take on threats at the highest level when pushed to his absolute limit. He can even scale it up to 120% and cause great damage to Shigaraki in the final war.
