headbanger
Occasionally, a “patient” with hollow eyes will start banging his or her head against the glass window. Don't approach them and tell them to leave. Otherwise, you will get scared and lose 20 Sanity. Instead, Bring coffee to NPCAnd they will leave without you losing your temper. To avoid completely wasting your fresh coffee pot, Take two sips and use the third as a “headbanger.”“
Eventually, the headbanger will break the glass and leave on its own if you don't approach it. If the glass breaks, it doesn't affect gameplay, but it does prevent the headbanger from coming back.
jerky movements
Some patients come to the counter and start right away. Twisting your arms or rolling your neck in strange ways.. As soon as you spot something out of the ordinary, press the red shutter button to send your guests away. Leave the shutters open again to allow the next patient to enter.

Drawing on face/smile
If you notice a potential patient with poorly drawn eyes or a creepy smile on their mouth, it's likely an anomaly.
blurry photo
If you look at a patient's photo and the image is slightly blurry, there is something else wrong with the hand.
Sometimes looking at pictures of anomalous phenomena can make you lose your senses. Therefore, rather than picking up a photo, make sure to look at the photo on the table after it has been developed.
sunken eyes
If you see an NPC with a strange black eye, lower the shutter or use a Taser to take them out.
human teeth
If you see a potential patient with scary-looking human teeth and big eyes, send them in!
black bar on camera
Always check security cameras, even if the patient appears normal. Sometimes strange black bars may appear over the patient's face, revealing an abnormality. You may also notice differences with the camera version of an NPC, just like their ears are different. If you find a discrepancy, it is likely an anomaly.
