How to Get a Turncoat in Destiny 2
Turncoat can be obtained from the Triumphant Reward Pass at level 1 if you purchased the pass, or level 70 if you have the free version. Either way, Turncoat is free, so anyone can get it, but it requires you to hit level 70, so you'll need to grind out some XP from the rewards pass.
Simply access the Reward Pass from the menu (L1/LB/A), then hover over the Turncoat (bottom track of level 1) and click to add it to your loadout. If you've already acquired Turncoat, you can obtain it again in your collection!
How to Get Turncoat Catalyst in Destiny 2
that The Turncoat Catalyst can be obtained at rank 90 from the free track in the Rewards Pass.. There is no easy way to obtain the catalyst, such as through random drops, and both paid and free players on the Rewards Pass will need to grind it to rank 90.
After earning a catalyst from the Reward Pass, you must defeat enemies to complete it, and Shuro Chi in The Last Wish Raid remains the best XP farm.
Why is Turncoat so good in Destiny 2?
Turncoat is great for Void builds that utilize Devour and Overshield.Turncoat is a void hand cannon, so Builds your potential power through damage and final blows.When full power, you can: Press and hold the reload button to activate Unleashed Power.. This increases the weapon's rate of fire and each shot weakens the target, causing more damage.
Overwhelming Power is a debuff that activates when Turncoat is active in Unleashed Power mode for too long, causing it to take damage over time. However, with the right Void build you can completely bypass this, allowing: Maximize DPS and weaken your target with every shot..
Reload Turncoat to remove overwhelming power! If you have the Catalyst, you will gain Void Shield after the Empowerment ends.
