There are many creatures you can meet Yoshi and the Mysterious BookEach chapter introduces more strange and wonderful companions. Billeau may be one of the more unusual ones.
They are quite simply clouds of toxic gases. And many of their discoveries are centered around basically suffocating other creatures. They also move in a very fascinating way. So here's how to get all the discoveries:
Where did you first meet Billeau?
Billeau appears for the first time after achieving the credits and unlocking the second half of the game. They specifically Chapter 7 Found undergroundIt is one of the last creatures you encounter there.
Despite how unique the feature is, it also appears in later chapters. Most discoveries can and will only be unlocked in the early stages.
