You'll also get the Blackshirt Key with the disguise, which is really useful for opening locked doors around the Vatican.

Finding Juliana

You will then complete the quest and receive Juliana's Key, which opens a door a few floors below in the Borgia Tower. This leads to a tricky father and son mystery quest.

Julianna's Key only opens two doors in the tower, but it remains in your inventory until used.
