Five Nights at Freddy's Fazbear Animatronic presented by Spirit Halloween

Halloween may be more than three months away, but fans of the spooky holiday have it on their minds all year long. That's why Spirit Halloween's 2026 signature animatronic, the officially licensed, full-size Freddy Fazbear, is already on display.

Five Nights at Freddy's main mascot will be scaring kids across North America this year, not just in video games and movies, but in real life, thanks to a new animatronic. The first video of Robot Freddy was shared by not_ur_average_j0e. If you want to see them in person or in fur, you can visit Spirit Halloween's flagship store, where the animatronics are currently on display.

Now that the Living Freddy Fazbear decorations have been revealed, it's only a matter of time before they start showing up at Spirit Halloween locations across the U.S., so you don't have to go too far to visit the decorations featured in the video. But if you're planning on making it part of your Halloween setup this year, the price may be scarier than Freddy himself.

Freddy's Animatronic Cost $500

To become the proud owner of a Freddy Fazbear animatronic, you'll have to shell out $500. On the bright side, it's a lot cheaper than the latest PS5 or Series X|S these days. However, unlike those consoles, animatronics cannot play Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach.

As proven by the FNAF movie, fans of the series will be happy with just about anything as long as it's officially connected to the world of Freddy. In most cases, that seems to be the case with these life-size animatronics. However, there are a few elements that fans have taken issue with.

Squeaking noises are the biggest complaint people have. Freddy can be heard screeching in the video, which takes away from the intended scare factor. There may be some audio recordings that aren't captured during the brief clip, but that appears to be the only sound it makes.

The animatronics don't even seem to come with the stage set that Spirit Halloween used as a display. For just $500 you can get a big old robot Freddy with glowing eyes. This robot will wave at trick-or-treaters walking down the street to get free candy. If prices or issues with animatronics don't bother you, Freddy can be yours this spooky season for $500.
