The DLC involves players embarking on a military simulation set in pre-war Anchorage, Alaska, re-enacting a Chinese siege. Players must work with their allies to liberate the city, and this process certainly sounds more linear and action-oriented than the rest of the world. fallout 3. All equipment is stripped, new weapons and armor must be acquired in the field, and stimpacks are replaced with static health stations. Additionally, looting is greatly simplified in the DLC, lacking many of the collectible “junk” items from the base game.
