In the meantime, FROMSOFTWARE has adjusted the solo expedition to make it easier and more balanced.
While celebrating 3.5 million sales, FromSoftware announced that Elden Ring Nightreign will receive a “later” duo option this year.
It was a highly requested feature before the game started, it was a focus of many opening reviews, and NIGHTREIGN was raised to the 'mixed' steam score on the first day. FROMSOFTWARE later apologized, and JUNYA Ishizaki explained that the team was “liver” to balance solo and trio expeditions.
In addition to the DLC release at the end of this year, new additions will be gradually implemented this month, including an enhanced fight with the existing Night Road.
However, even before the exclusive duo option was announced, Nightreign got wet behind the 'mostly positive' score. From the release of the patch and the duo to deal with the feedback, FROMOFTWARE seems to have been in good faith, but many players are still angry due to lack of cross -platform support.
Solo is also being resized
If you want to go alone, fromSoftware is also adjusting the solo expedition. Yesterday, it launched a patch that makes a single player easier, implementing the “automatic revival when defeated” at the beginning of all solo expeditions and raising the number of runes obtained from the defeated enemies.
It is the beginning, but many still claim that solo needs more work. It is easier to level up and there are fewer HPs, but there are still serious disadvantages. Certain bosses, such as Gladius, are designed with the trio in mind and are divided into three people, so there is no team member to back up. Of course, you can buy a wedding grace every night, but it can compare only as much as your allies can do.
Nevertheless, since there was a “new addition” appointment with Duos at the end of this year, it is looking for Nightreign after the start of the rock.
