Gaban could have defended all of Elbaf on his own before Imu arrived. Haki from Gaban's Conqueror is definitely one of the best players we've seen recently and fans are looking forward to seeing more of him in the current arc.

Loki is the cursed prince of Elbaf. Fans always knew Rocky would be strong, but not many expected Oda to overestimate him as much as he did. Loki contains the blood of ancient giants.That alone makes him quite a powerhouse. But beyond that, he's proven to be on a whole other level.
In the Elbaf flashback, Loki used Imu's immortality to become the first character to be able to kill someone. Characters like Gaban, Roger, and Garp also failed. With Haki, the legendary Devil Fruit, and Ragnir, Loki is clearly superior to the average Yonko..

During the Elbaf flashback, Imu has also been shown to be far beyond Yonko levels in her encounters with six of One Piece's most powerful characters.Three of them became Yonko, while the rest went beyond that level.

Dorry and Brogy are two characters that fans first met very early on in One Piece in the Little Garden arc. Dorry and Brogy were certainly impressive at the time, but fans didn't think they would expand to such high levels after the One Piece timeskip.
