Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 is finally here, so let's take a quick look at the new gang that will undoubtedly break our hearts. So far, four new characters have been officially revealed, each with art and a short introduction. However, one of the key characters is shrouded in mystery, leaving fans to guess who they really are.

Now, thanks to datamining on the Edgerunners 2 website, it looks like fans have already figured this out. According to findings shared online, the fifth member of the Edgerunners 2 gang is called Avida, and she is closely linked to at least two other characters introduced so far.

Cyberpunk fans think they've already figured out who the secret Edgerunners 2 character is.

Some fans claim to have found this information on the website. Normally a look at the site would only show that there is a hidden fifth character, but if this datamined bio is accurate, we already know who they are.

According to the shared bio, the secret character is called Avida. “Once a jazz singer, corporate insider, and Weak's old flame, Avida has rebuilt her life as the wife of a Kang Tao executive. Her world now revolves around her fragile daughter, Talia.”

So we know she's tied to two other crew members, Talia and Weak. Some are wondering if this means Talia is Weak's daughter, but so far it seems likely that the unnamed officer Kang Tao will take her place, given Talia's Corpo upbringing. With that said, management may have just raised her with Weak as her biological father.

For reference, here's Talia's character bio: “Raised in the Corpo Towers but hardened in the Maelstrom's clutches, Talia is fiercely independent and deeply immersed in the gang's ultra-violent, Chrome-obsessed culture.”

The datamine doesn't give us any clear information about Avida, but fans suspect she's one of the unnamed characters featured in the teaser trailer. Of course, the character is still hidden on the official website, so we'll have to wait and see if this is accurate.
