Sony seems to have made AI -based Aloy version of Aloy in Horizon Zero Dawn. In a Verge deleted by a copyright executive related to Sony, and an anonymous leaked video, the PlayStation manager used the video to demonstrate the creation of Sony's AI characters.
SHARWIN RAGOEBARDAJAL, director of Sony's software engineering director, explained the leaked video, which showed a response to the question with AI creation voice and facial movement. She replied to her, what she saw, and similarly questioned questions, but when she asked how she was doing, she said she was sick.

If you need to use AI to exist, it should not exist at all.
Activision came up with the idea of reclaiming the guitar hero in a very guitar hero.
She also looked like AI like these things. The demo used the whisper of Openai in the speech-text, and the GPT-4 and LLAMA 3 were used for decision-making, and Sony's emotional voice synthesis was used to put all of this in the voice of actress Ashly Berg and the Mockingbird Technology of the title.
The video was thoroughly given copyright on the Internet (Sony didn't actually leave it open. One opinion is simply “I'm surprised. Please do something else.” It basically summarizes my feelings.
Create AI Horizon Zero dawn, everything?
It's fun to think that Sony has been striked with SAG-AFTRA for protection of AI technology to mimic voice actor ashly BURCH using Tech, but it's fun to consider what Horizon Zero dawn is. The premise of this series is that the human tribes are fighting to survive in the post -apocalypse world where human tribes are almost completely erased after civilization collapsed. What is the cause of collapse? Self -replicated military AI robot. The irony almost sheds tears.
Aloy is also the most boring hero of Sony, so I think it is meaningful to replace her personality with AI.
There are other things that don't make sense. Since Aloy is the main character, there is no reason to talk to her. As Raghoebardajal clarified in the video, it is clear that this is just a technical showcase for presenting things.
This is not the technology we should see soon.
Raghoebardajal himself says, “We will not listen to whether this is fun in the game.” The video does not explain how it can be executed in the consumer console as if it is reasonable to talk with Aloy or as it is present. It is not possible, but it can be played with only prototypes.
And thank you for watching Triple A video game, probably seeing this depressed and bad in new and more expensive console technology. YIKES. In addition to ethical and aesthetic problems, you can not imagine a worse way to design the game, especially when used with NPC.
Many gamers feel fantastic about asking questions for any character, their personality, they know what they know, and answers to the world, but Obsidians' JOSH Sawyer, EA -motive Asley Cooper As many developers pointed out, including Megill and AI NPCS, AI NPCS and Bad game design. As they exist now, the NPC helps to direct the player by promoting the story.

Avatar 3 AI immunity is a big problem.
This is good news (but still doesn't fully understand James Cameron's AI).
Even if you imagine the best case scenario -AI NPC does not have a character, immersion, information or ruined the game. What does it add separately from how to waste time? The game is designed to push you forward. The waste of time destroys the amount of momentum and the player loses its direction.
It doesn't work, and I think Sony knows it. In the story -oriented game where stories and plots are key, the AI NPC does not take place. But it does not say that we will not see this technology in different types of games. I can fully imagine a free game game like the first offspring to implement this kind of technology, so I can talk to the character while the character is shaking in, given that he is experimenting with the AI NPCS.
But are you going to see it in your fame? I don't think so soon. Because we all sighs because we all sigh.
