Gearbox is releasing a small update for: Borderlands 4Once again we're bringing a variety of buffs and improvements to the popular looter shooter. More changes will be coming soon as Gearbox Software confirms the next big balance update. Borderlands 4 It comes on October 16th.
Balance adjustments, buffs, and nerfs are common in games like Borderlands 4. However, sometimes unintended changes can occur, such as an accidental nerf to Vex's Infinite Bleed build. Acknowledged as an accident by Gearbox, the studio has finally released a solution in today's update that fixes the issue where the bleed effect is no longer considered a status effect. This will help players continue to melt their enemies. But that wasn't the only big change recently. Borderlands 4 Update.
Although not as big as the first one Borderlands 4 Due to the balance update, this latest hotfix brings a number of gear adjustments that players should be aware of. Thankfully, all of the adjustments are buffs to legendary weapons like Ruby's Grasp. Bully, Rangefinder, Seventh Sense, Hellwalker, and Convergence are all eligible for this update, with many of them receiving large damage buffs. However, the Queen's Rest legendary pistol now has a much faster rate of fire and its unique perk spawn rate has been improved to 50%.
The patch also highlights a variety of weekly rotating activities, including Morris's Black Market Vending Machine, which changes weekly and gives players legendary gear. However, the patch ends with a few additional changes, such as all pet-based skills like Forgeweapons, Trouble, Specters, and Reapers now correctly gain critical strike chance from passives and gear. As mentioned above, Vex's Bleed now counts as status effect damage, and Anarchy's legendary shotgun grants reciprocity stacks when killing an enemy or auto-reloading.
This particular update may be on the small side, but Gearbox Software has teased the next major update. Borderlands 4 Balance patch. Gearbox, in particular, has been very vocal that this patch will fix what they deem to be unintended interactions, and has strongly hinted at the very popular Crit Knife build, which matches up too well with the Vex's Bloodletter bleed skill. Graeme Timmins even gave players seven days' notice of the upcoming changes.
