SHiFT codes are also used to give away golden keys, which can be used to get free in-game loot. These SHiFT codes were very common in: Borderlands 4There's no sign that Gearbox will stop distributing it any time soon.

Borderlands 4's C4SH will be coming to the game soon, and when it does, it should bring some great features from the previous game as well.

In X, Gearbox revealed something new. Borderlands 4 The community challenge runs from now until February 16th. To complete the challenge, you must achieve a total of 500,000 resurrections from the gaming community. Borderlands 4This is a cooperative mode. If successful, the developers will release a new SHiFT code for the “You're So Vein” Vault Hunter skin that can be used on all four characters in the game. This challenge can be completed on all platforms. Borderlands 4 Available for: PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S.

Most SHiFT Codes Borderlands 4 Cosmetics are valid until the end of 2030, so this is likely to be the same.

It's a winning formula for the series, and there's no significant call for Gearbox to change course at this point.

but Borderlands 4Gearbox has plenty of plans to attract players back to the game, as player numbers have dropped significantly since its launch late last year. The 2026 roadmap includes several paid expansions, the first of which will introduce the all-new Vault Hunter. However, the developer recently confirmed: Borderlands 4 Nintendo Switch 2 is no longer in the works, which is undoubtedly a shame for those who were waiting for it to release on that platform.
