A controversial region due to its distance from the rest of the Alliance, Teldrassil makes up for its awkward location with one of the cleanest atmospheres in the entire game. The music from Shadowglen and the Night Elf starting area is as iconic as the Stormwind theme song, and the Night Elf OST contains even more variety.

Teldrassil's visuals are unlike anything you'll find in any other fantasy game, creating an alien and completely natural starting area. Darnassus may not be the most popular Alliance capital due to its remote location, but its architecture (drawing from both Japanese and ancient Greek traditions) is one of the best in the game.
