Where to Get Anathema of the Primes in Diablo 4
This unique weapon One of the drops from Andariel in the Hanged Man's Hall.Assume you play as Warlock. To open her treasure trove, you will need a Greater Lair Key, which can be obtained by opening the treasure troves of Lesser Lair Bosses such as Lord Zir, Grigoire, and Beast in Ice.
The Greater Lair Keys are fairly rare. Once you reach Torment 6, they start dropping more frequently.But just little by little. The higher your pain level, the more likely you are to get one of these.
If you're having trouble getting the Greater Lair Keys, or Andariel simply refuses to give you Anathema of the Primes, your next best bet is to use the Horadric Cube. You can upgrade regular 2H swords. Take it to the cube, then use the upgrade feature to turn it into a guaranteed Anathema of the Primes. To do this Requires additional Enhanced Primal Powder and Primal Primal Powder. The former is also somewhat rare, but the latter can be obtained almost anywhere.
Gambling with Purveyors of Curiosity is a great way to get regular 2H swords. If you're lucky, you might get the Anathema of the Primes right away.

Anathema of the Primes opens up a variety of build paths. My personal favorite is the Demonic Smash Rampage build using Anathema of the Primes. With Rulid Factsunique rings Rampage's damage increases significantly. It also makes the AoE bigger every time you defeat an enemy. This essentially plays like Leap Barbarian. The only difference is that instead of a fiery slab of meat and steel, you're a flaming demon. There is also a Sin Demon build path that uses Metamorphosis, but I haven't personally tried it yet.
Of course, you can use Anathema of the Primes with just the basic core skills. However, this would be a bit of a waste since none of them synergize particularly well with each other.
