Therefore, there was a need to go beyond the jinchuriki system and introduce something that would allow the series' protagonists to keep up with monsters like Akatsuki and Shinju. In other words, the jinchuriki system will last as long as Killer Bee lasts, but it only exists symbolically in the world. It doesn't play a significant role in the story and is essentially already removed from the main plot. If Bee dies, the system dies with him and it will be a truly sad day for all Naruto fans.
