These are all PoE You can find the trial version while playing the campaign. You must complete all Ascension Trials for each bracket to unlock the associated Labyrinth version.. For example, if you have completed four trials for the Normal Labyrinth and two trials for the Cruel version, you will not have access to either Labyrinth variant despite completing six other trials.

However, given the way the map is created, the general location of each test should be consistent across the different versions of the map on which that test resides. For example, the Ascension Trial in the Imperial Garden in Act 3 always faces the upper left corner of the waypoint.

Unlike the test of ascension seen in PoE Campaign, the campaign required to take on the Eternal Labyrinth (also known as Uber Lab) can only be found during mapping. To access, you must meet the following requirements:

Acquire and use offerings to the goddess
Previously, players had to complete all six endgame trials to enter the Eternal Labyrinth, but this has changed in the Scourge League. Now all you need is Offering to the Gods, an item that can be obtained by completing maps or league mechanics or by trading with other players. Once you have received your offering to the Goddess, you can use it to open a portal leading directly to the Uber Lab.
There are six endgame Ascension Trials, all of which can appear randomly while clearing a T6+ non-unique yellow map or higher. These trials include:

Completing this will reward you with an offering to the Goddess after interacting with the tablet at the end of each trial.
