Minsk is a very simple person, and I don't mean that to be an insult. In fact, I think Minsk would be happy to be called by that name. Minsk is cheerful and heroic and loves to fool around with his miniature giant space hamster, Boo. All of these factors are why Minsc is one of the party's most confusing companions.

Minsc's naivety and pure-hearted dedication to crushing evil leaves him extremely distraught.And I have no problem with him not trying to punch and stab his way out. Minsk isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, which gets him into a lot of trouble, but just because he isn't the sharpest doesn't mean he can't crush you callously.

Kalach

A heart as passionate as Avernus won't stop Kalach from having fun.

Barbarians have a reputation for being impatient and violent, and the Kalach live up to that reputation with a smile. Freed from Avernus and its hellish clutches, Karlach has one goal in mind.
