Players will find 72 Figments scattered around City Town in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. The locations of these Figments will range from the tallest rooftops to the coral reefs around the island, so you’ll need to explore everywhere to find them all.
However, finding the Figments is only the first step. Each Figment is divided into one of four categories, with each category requiring players to complete a specific task to capture the Figment. Some will require you to cook specific meals, others will test your platforming skills, and some will require you to find Figments hidden from view.
We’ll explain how you can complete each Figment’s task in this Hello Kitty Island Adventure guide. We’ll also explain each Figment’s location and show them on a map so you can easily find any Figments you’re missing.

All Hidden Figment Locations
Hidden Figments require players to find the starting location of each Figment, interact with it, and reach the location where the Figment spawns within a time limit. There are 10 Hidden Figments scattered around City Town.
On the provided map, we’ve numbered each Figment and given them two places. The starting point of each Hidden Figment is labeled with its designated number and the letter “a”. Similarly, the place you’ll need to reach to get each Hidden Figment is labeled with its designated number and the letter “b”.
Finding each Figment will require you to take a certain path to stay in their range. If you leave this range, the Figment will automatically disappear.

All Hungry Figment Locations
There are 40 Hungry Figments, making them over half of the total number of Figments. Obtaining a Hungry Figment requires cooking their requested recipes and giving them the food. The early-game Hungry Figments will only require Mochi or Dango, while the later-game Hungry Figments will require harder-to-find recipes like Onigiri.
Each Figment on our list is sorted by its in-game number, with its location and the food it requests. If you do not have all the recipes a Figment wants, interacting with it will tell you that it wants a food you don’t know how to make. Ignore those Hungry Figments and focus on pleasing the ones you have the ingredients for.

All Treasure Hunt Figment Locations
10 Treasure Hunt Figments are waiting to be discovered in City Town. To find these special Figments, you will need to use the Sensor to find their hiding spots. If you try to find them without it, you’ll wind up empty-handed.
The ability to find Treasure Figments with the Sensor is unlocked by completing the “Streetwise Search” quest after entering City Town. Once you’ve unlocked this ability, equipping the Sensor will have it begin beeping faster and faster as you approach the location of a Treasure Hunt Figment.

All Platform Figment Locations
There are 12 Platform Figments hidden around City Town. To get a Platform Figment, you’ll need to interact with the Figment at its starting point. Doing so will generate a series of platforms that you’ll need to climb up and jump across to reach the end.
The end platform will have the Platform Figment floating above it. Get to the platform and touch the Figment to claim it for yourself. This will immediately make the obstacle course disappear, so make sure you’re ready to pull out your balloons to float back to the ground.

What to do with Figments in Hello Kitty Island Adventure?
While collecting Figments, you’ll want to visit the Nul in the park on the left side of City Town. A white, Figment-shaped icon will appear above his head when you’ve collected enough Figments to receive a reward. You’ll receive several Figment-themed items as part of your reward, including the following:
- Figment Dining Chair
- Figment Dining Table
- Figment Lamp
- Figment Sofa
- Figment Rug
The rest of the reward for collecting Figments is that areas in the town will be redecorated with rainbow street art. These areas will begin spawning Essences of Imagination, which appear as floating orange flowers. Grabbing these Essences will give you a free item, like Tea Leaves or Lychees.
