First Story Pack DLC Borderlands 4 There is plenty of new content for players to experience. C4SH gains a lucky stack every time he kills an enemy, and has a chance to activate his unique Vault Hunter talent, Windfall, after reloading or using an action skill. While Windfall is active, C4SH consumes all Luck stacks to increase skill and total damage while also modifying any equipped action skill. The first action skill available to C4SH is Cross-Fire. This allows C4SH to pull out dual revolvers and automatically fire at enemies from a third-person perspective, similar to Rafa's Arc-Knives. While Windfall is active, shots from C4SH's Dual Revolvers gain a ricochet chance.
Sleight of Hand allows C4SH to draw a card in each hand, which can then be thrown at enemies for random effects. This card's effectiveness increases while Windfall is active. Cleromancy allows C4SH to roll bone dice and summon bone totems to fight alongside him based on the results. While Windfall is active, the dice will always reach a unique result, and rolling a double will allow C4SH to summon a Badass version of the Bone Totem.
C4SH also gains access to eight unique heads and one alternate Vault Hunter body in the DLC.
New Map Zone – Whispering Glacier
As if Kairos wasn't already hostile enough, The Whispering Glacier offers an icy cold environment filled with iridium spikes, rivers of blood, and fleshy growths. The eerie environment will feel familiar to fans. Borderlands 3The Guns, Love, and Tentacles DLC features a similar environment to the map of Xylourgos. Whispering Glacier has a modified world boss mechanic. Borderlands 4Interacting with the Eldritch Tree will allow players to encounter a random boss.
