Overall, fans were not impressed with this single game. And the reality is that PS Plus Essential and Extra games can get by because they offer a few weaker games, but PS Plus Premium can't. Of course, things could change before May arrives, but fans will just have to wait and see.
PS Plus reveal and launch pattern remains strong
Although the reveal was slightly delayed due to the State of Play, the February 2026 PS Plus Extra and Premium games were added in time for February 17th. This means fans know that March's PS Plus free games will be released on February 25th, excluding the end-of-month fun business, and then added in early March, with Extra and Premium games launching at the end of March. State of Play also suggests that PS Plus premium will not be added in April.
The only games currently known for March are: Tekken: Dark Resurrection. It may not be the most attractive title, but hopefully March's other titles can make up for it. I don't know if we'll have to rely on the March PS Plus free games to do that, but it looks like that will happen (again) with the March 2026 PS Plus Extra games.
