There are three types of Haki that have been released in the series so far, each giving users a distinct advantage over most opponents. In its most basic usage, Haki King allows the user to impose their will on weaker opponents by threatening them or taking them down entirely. Scoper Gavan
“The Mountain Eater” lives up to his name
Scopper Gaban has already shown off just how powerful he is in limited action throughout the events of the Elbaf Arc. When the Knights of God attacked the giant's hometown and even kidnapped the children, some of the giants and the Straw Hats, including Gavan, took action.
Gaban, a former member of the Roger Pirates and considered the third strongest under Roger and Rayleigh, was actually introduced much earlier in the comics, via Buggy's flashback in Chapter 19. He is also seen in Oden's flashbacks and appeared in the “From the Decks of the World” cover story for chapter 631, along with Crocus and Laboon. But the Elbaf Arc is where he got his chance to make an impression.
Gaban showed off his incredible strength when he took down Shepherd Sommers, who had been an absolute threat up to that point, with relative ease. In that confrontation, Gavan was able to decapitate the Immortal by infusing his ax with King Haki, which we saw affecting his regenerative abilities for a time. He went into Gear 5 and stopped the fight, but seemed to catch up to Luffy in the scrimmage. We never saw him fight against Gunko because Gunko used his son Colon as a shield. But it's fair to say he would have given her a challenge.
Roronoa Zoro
The second strongest straw hat becomes even stronger
Speaking of Gavan, it's thanks to him that Zoro finds out that Haki King can also use it. Zoro was shown to be able to use it in the Wano Country arc, but in classic Zorro fashion, he was completely unaware that he possessed an incredibly rare and powerful ability.

We all knew Luufy was special from the beginning. one piece. But it's not just his infectious positivity or high ambition that makes Captain Straw Hat stand out. In addition to possessing the most important and powerful Devil Fruit abilities in the series, Luffy is one of a select group of living characters confirmed to be able to use all three types of Haki.
In addition to using Haki for armament and observation, Luffy is also incredibly adept at using Great Haki. This not only proves that Luffy has the makings of a king, but also places him among a very select group of people in the world. one piece world. Luffy initially used it unconsciously, such as when he stopped Sandersonia from killing Marguerite in Amazon Lily, and most notably when he used it to take down several marines while attempting to save Ace in Marineford. However, thanks to Rayleigh's training, Luffy is now able to make the most of Supreme King Haki.
You can be sure that Luffy will face some difficult challenges ahead in Elbaf. We saw the damage the Imu and the World Government could inflict during the God Valley incident flashback. It's too early for the final clash between Luffy and the ruler of the world's government, but Elbaf may provide a preview of what a clash between two incredibly talented top Haki users could look like.

The final big bad of One Piece?
Although not technically “on” Elbaf, Imu is currently wreaking havoc on Elbaf thanks to his possession of Gunko. When he first possessed her, Imu's intense Supreme King Haki was enough to influence several giants in the area and shake up some of the Straw Hats and Scopper Gaban. Even Loki seemed to be affected by Imu's presence.
Even compared to the Knights of God or the Five Elders, it is clear that Imu belongs to a different class. We haven't seen much from him in the comics, but his overwhelming Domi Reversi abilities and mastery of Observation and Supreme King Haki show just how great a threat Imu poses not only to the Straw Hats and the people of Elbaf, but to the world itself.
