Blaze Release: Kagutsuchi can form the Flame of Amaterasu in a variety of ways for both offensive and defensive purposes. Susanoo creates a giant avatar with powers similar to tailed beasts
Susanoo is passed down through generations of the Uchiha clan, and is considered the ultimate ability available to those who have awakened the Mangekyou Sharingan with both eyes. Sasuke first used it at the Five Kage Summit, but did not achieve full Susanoo until after the Fourth Great Ninja War. Susanoo is a jutsu that is considered an absolute defense, making it nearly impossible to kill the user, but someone as strong as Jigen can break through the defense with a single attack.
When Sasuke uses Susanoo, he manifests a giant samurai-like avatar with giant wings. This avatar is made entirely of chakra, and its attack power is comparable to that of the Tail Beast. Sasuke can cut a mountain in half with a single blow of his sword. Sasuke's humanoid Susanoo can shoot large arrows from a bow that also serves as a shield. Sasuke's Susanoo may not have done much against Jigen, but it can hold its own against Otsutsuki Clan members like Kaguya and Momoshiki.

Susanoo: Chidori adds incredible piercing power to Sasuke's Susanoo.
Chidori is Sasuke's signature jutsu and can be used effectively because his Sharingan takes care of the tunnel vision issue. Over the course of the series, Sasuke developed new applications for Chidori, including needle-like projectiles and spear transformations. After the end of the Fourth Ninja War, while fighting Naruto in Final Valley, Sasuke used a new variant of the Chidori that could only be used by the Complete Susanoo.
Sasuke didn't use Susanoo. Chidori from New Era is still in his arsenal as he can use both Chidori and Susanoo. Susanoo: Chidori allows Sasuke to create a giant Chidori in Susanoo's left hand. This Chidori is as powerful as the Nine-Tailed Tailed Beast Ball, which has the power to vaporize a small area. This Chidori could have pierced straight through Momoshiki's giant stone golem, but Sasuke would not have used it since it burned up seconds before the golem appeared.

Indra's Arrow is Sasuke's most powerful attack technique.
Although Sasuke has become much stronger in the New Era, Indra's Arrow is still considered his most powerful technique. He only used Indra's Arrow once and now Naruto is no longer Indra's Arrow, a jutsu that can make Sasuke the strongest ninja in the world. There was a possibility of seeing Indra's arrow again when Kurama died, but now that he has been reincarnated inside Himawari, Sasuke can use it again.
To use Indra's Arrow, Sasuke must absorb chakra from all nine tailed beasts and store it in the Complete Body Susanoo. Susanoo's body changes and Sasuke manifests a longbow and arrows infused with lightning's chakra. The arrow is powerful enough to collide with two tailspouts Rasenshuriken infused with natural energy. Indra's arrows can vaporize one of the Five Great Nations, and should be powerful enough to do the same to the Ten Tails.
