Umbreon VMAX still leads the pack among the best cards from Evolving Skies, finally breaking $1,000 and setting a new standard for some of the newer cards from the Scarlet & Violet era.

Leafeon V (Alt Full Art) – $80.54

A variety of “V” full art cards from Evolving Skies feature stunning scenes of our beloved Eeveelutions before they enjoy their day and grow to gigantic size in VMAX artwork. Leafeon is a perfect example of simplicity, making the scene on this card stand out as a beautiful and serene moment.

The card begins in 2024 with a value of less than $50. However, it has made a massive jump towards triple digits in the second half of 2024, rising from $67 in August to its current market price as it continues its search for one of the best Leafeon cards of all time and one of the best cards in Evolving Skies.

Glaceon V (Alt Full Art) – $83.22

Glacia is just creepy.

Glaceon V Alt Full Art isn't among the top most expensive cards in Evolving Skies, but it has a similar value to some of the best chase cards in Sword and Shield's most valuable booster boxes. Glaceon V's design is worth the high price, including an adorable ice scene among the best Glaceon card art.

There's still a VMAX version to come, but there's no doubt that this V version and the other Eeveelution V are both exceptional examples of the best Pokemon TCG art.

Sylveon V (Alt Full Art) – $86.73

This sweet Sylveon scene stands out from the rest as one of the most optimistic depictions of Eeveelution in the entire set. This is because some of the other V alternative full art cards tend to lean towards relaxed or neutral scenes. But Sylveon seems just as excited to be here as we are to get our hands on this amazing card.

Sylveon's price chart doesn't show a sustained upward trend in 2024 like Leafeon's, but this card has had an incredible surge. The June 2024 high will be around $95.. However, although Sylveon has pulled back from this price, it does not seem to be far off as it is likely to reach $100 in the future.

Espeon V boasts one of the most underrated art pieces in the set, with attention to detail and a perfect portrayal of Espeon's personality. This powerful Psychic-type Pokémon has the ability to use its supernatural abilities to levitate books as it reads.

A must-have card for Espeon fans, Considering there are very few other cards that feature this Pokemon with such a quirky art style.

The VMAX Alt Art Secret version of Espeon isn't in Evolving Skies (found in Fusion Strike), but the amazing art on the V card can easily carry the load of this Eeveelution.

Rayquaza V (Alt Full Art) – $122.22

Look for Zinnia and Rayquaza

Zinnia and Rayquaza are on the same page in this amazing scene as they are looking in opposite directions. If you can be in the same position as Rayquaza, it's pretty much a continuous look. These cards are soaring in value along with their alt-art friends, with raw card prices now exceeding previous PSA 10 prices.

Rayquaza is an incredibly popular Pokémon, and while Zinnia's popularity may not equal that of the Green Dragon, she is certainly one of the coolest trainers depicted in the set.

Dragonite is one of the most recognizable Pokemon of the original 151, and its glorious sleepy appearance is a hallmark of Evolving Skies. One of the best Dragonite arts since Fossil's adorable iteration.

Whether you like Dragonite or not, this card deserves to be included in Evolving Skies, among the most adorable Eeveelution art ever. It may seem like you're ready to take a nap, but it would be a mistake to sleep on the potential that marks this card out as one of the best cards in Evolving Skies.

While VMAX Umbreon made Evolving Skies famous; Umbreon V features gorgeous art of one of the most popular Pokémon of all time. The scene depicted shows Umbreon on a pedestal above a group of other Pokémon. This is very similar to its position among the most valuable Evolving Skies cards.

There's no telling what the limitations of this card will be, as its value has risen sharply but may continue to rise based on Umbreon's star status in the Pokémon community.

Leafeon is rarely among the most popular Eeveelutions; This amazing (and offensively cute) art Evolving Skies Alt Art Secret version is the second of the upcoming Eeveelutions. You don't even have to like Rippon to laugh at how funny the scenes depicted are from a human perspective.

Imagine a giant Leafeon playing with tons of hay gems on your farm. It must be a surreal sight, even for Ash Ketchum. Ridiculousness aside, the unique card art somewhat justifies the hefty $315 price tag. It's hard to imagine that PSA 10 was once much less.

Rayquaza VMAX (Alt Art Secrets) – $468.01

Rayquaza's second appearance on this list would be enough to justify him being the winner for the most expensive card in almost any modern set, but he faces stiff competition. Although he took second place, Rayquaza's flight over the verdant landscape mimics Price's trajectory.

The green-green color palette can make the body of the card get a little lost in the scene, but the card shines when viewed up close, as the detailed background complements Rayquaza's subtle coiling design.
