Dory and Brogy

• Bounty: 1.8 billion berries each

Dorry and Brogy are two of the most legendary characters currently existing in the One Piece world. More than 100 years ago, they led the Giant Warrior Pirates and wreaked havoc across the world, but stopped at Little Garden and fought a duel for about 102 years.

Dorry and Brogy are both incredibly powerful, and their bounties have recently been adjusted for inflation by the world's governments, putting the official figure at 1.8 billion beri each.

Lord Crocodile was until recently a member of the Shichibukai. one piece. After the recent Reverie incident where the group was disbanded, Crocodile was given the opportunity to join hands with other Shichibukai, most notably Dracule Mihawk. Together, the two were recognized as Buggy's henchmen and received a fairly high bounty.

Crocodile's new powers and connection to the Yonko earned him a huge bounty of 1.965 billion berries. He has become stronger in the New World, and has a desire to achieve even higher levels of power as he continues his cross guild.

Loki, the cursed prince of Elbaf, set out to sea with his skeleton crew 14 years ago, operating primarily in the fog of the Florian Triangle to attack government ships. Although Loki's true power was never shown, he still received an incredibly high bounty of 2.6 billion Berries. Loki's bounty was also called “special” for some reason that Oda has yet to explain.

Despite this, he is currently one of the most powerful individuals in the world. Looking at his power, his 2.6 billion berry bounty should be re-evaluated and pushed to over 4 billion. Because he has enough power to destroy the entire world and fight the likes of Nero and Imu.

Kuzan

Kuzan is the tenth captain of the Blackbeard Pirates. He is incredibly strong and wields two types of Haki and a powerful Logia Devil Fruit called Hiehienomi, which allows him to transform and create ice.

Kuzan is one of the most powerful characters in the One Piece world. As an admiral, he placed a bounty of three crowns (equivalent to three billion beri) on his head. Since he is now a pirate, the bounty will be at least 3 billion beri, but considering his activities as a pirate, it is likely to be higher.

Garp is a Marine Corps hero and one of the most powerful individuals in the world. one piece. Despite being incredibly old, Garp still retains considerable strength. Recently, the Cross Guild placed three crowns on his head as a bounty. This is equivalent to 3 billion berries.

Garp wields all three types of Haki, and his control over the colors of the High King is truly amazing, as seen in his battle at Egghead where he fought the Blackbeard Pirates alone.

Marine admirals have recently received huge bounties since the Cross Guild was founded. Each Admiral's head carries a bounty of 3 Crowns, which means they are all worth 3 billion Berries. Until recently, admirals were hunting, but now in the world of One Piece, they are being chased by various pirates and bounty hunters.

Sakazuki wields tremendous power with two types of Haki and Magu Magu no Mi: the color of the arms and the color of observation. Magumagunomi is a powerful Logia-type Devil Fruit that can not only transform into magma, but also produce and manipulate magma at will. Sakazuki's power is absolute, and Eiichiro Oda will definitely give him a big role in the final series.
