Bakugo Katsuki's quirkiness was built for destruction

After All Might passed on his Quirk to the boy, the power quickly evolved, not only increasing the overall power of his physical attacks, but also allowing him to access the power of his predecessor.
Izuku's pure heart and naturally altruistic nature were the only things that prevented the birth of one of the greatest villains of all time, as he gave society no shortage of reasons to hate him. When Deku punches at full power, he can knock down dozens of buildings at once without even considering what his other six Quirks can accomplish. Most dangerous of all was his superior analytical mind, which enabled him to detect weaknesses in enemy defenses almost instantly.

Tomura Shigaraki was raised to bring death and destruction.
Shimura Tenko, once an innocent child who dreamed of becoming a great hero, was manipulated into becoming the ultimate weapon of destruction. If done without prior warning, this ability could have reduced Japan to dust before the heroes could react.
