Despite already introducing 26 new Mega Evolutions; Pokemon Legends: ZA The upcoming Mega Dimension DLC will expand that roster even further. Pokemon Legends: ZA has already announced new DLC Megas for Raichu, Chimecho, Baxcalibur, and Zeraora, and more information has been leaked about what they'll get for their new forms. However, one of the new leaked Megas feels like it missed the boat by a mile, and would have been a better fit had it been released three years ago.
Aside from the new Mega Evolution confirmed for the DLC, here's some information leaked:
-
Absol (second form)
-
staraptor
-
Garchomp (second form)
-
Lucario (second form)
-
heat run
-
Darkrai
-
Goluk
-
meow stick
-
Crab fishing is possible
-
golisopod
-
Magiana
-
Scovillean
-
Glymmora
-
Tatsugiri
It's nice to see more Gen 9 representations among the leaked Megas, as Baxcalibur marked the first Paldea monster to receive a Mega. Scovillain, Glimora, and Tatsugiri are great additions to the Mega lineup, but it's Glimora that would benefit the most from its previously more powerful form. Scarlett and Violet.
Pokemon Legends: ZA's Leaked Mega Glimora Would Have Been Better in Scarlet and Violet
There is no mega evolution Pokemon Scarlet and VioletMega Glimmora definitely could have used her Mega form at the beginning of Gen 9, not at the end. The rock/poison beast isn't the most memorable monster native to the Paldean region, and its stats aren't anything to write home about either. Glimmora has exclusive abilities in the form of Toxic Wreck, which scatters toxic spikes when hit by a physical move, as well as binding effects like Leech Seed and exclusive attacks with Mortal Spin, which removes entry hazards like spikes, but it hasn't really excelled in combat.
Glimmora is an underwhelming fighter, but has an interesting story.
Glimora's forgettable combat abilities only highlight a major missed opportunity to put a Pokémon with potentially important knowledge on a pedestal. Scarlett and Violet. Glimora is one of the few animals found in Area Zero UnderDeeps, where the Terrastal phenomenon originated. Additionally, their bodies resemble Tera Jewels, and Glimment Crystals are used to create Tera Blast's TM, showing that there is a clear connection between Pokémon and the Terastal phenomenon that is not fully explained within the game.
The Teal Mask DLC further strengthens this connection by seeing Glimora spawn near Kitakami's Crystal Pool, where Terastal Crystals can be found.
Mega Glimmora could have made Scarlet and Violet's battle against Geeta more intense.
Glimora's new Mega Evolution Pokemon Legends: ZA's DLC could finally shed some light on the powers hidden within these creatures. It's too late for players to go back on their first impressions of it. The most notable part of Glimora's presence is Pokemon Scarlet and Violet It is true that he is the ace of the champion guitar team. Instead of using a quasi-legendary like Metagross or Dragonite as your ace, Geeta's Glimora serves as the culmination of an overall easy boss fight.
If Glimora had been able to Mega Evolved in her fight with Geeta, she would have been a much bigger threat. It makes sense why Glimora didn't mega evolve. Scarlett and VioletIf the mechanic doesn't return by the time it's released. Legendary: ZA. However, even though Geeta's Glimora was the only example of a mega evolution. Scarlett and VioletIt would have made her battles much more memorable and could have been a hint about Mega Evolution actually returning. Pokemon Legends: ZA 3 years later.
Geeta Terastallizes Glimora during the champion fight, but is still weak compared to Mega Evolve instead.
