For the most part, Pokemon Legends: ZA has been well received. The new approach to the world, being set in a city, the shift to real-time combat, and the fast pace all helped shape a great Pokémon experience. However, there is one complaint that has persisted since the game's release. It is difficult to obtain a shining amulet.
Thankfully, with the release of the Mega Dimension DLC, Game Freak has made it much easier to get great items.
Pokémon Legends: ZA's Mega Dimension DLC shines brightly with its release.
If you look at any public forums discussing Pokemon Legends: ZA post-launch, you'll find people complaining about how difficult it is to get shiny talismans. Sure, it was intended to be an end game item, but it did complete 1,000 battles. To get enough research points little A lot.
There was a way to get the amulet without completing all the research tasks, but there was absolutely no way to avoid 1,000 battles. I spent a lot of time getting through the night of Legends: ZA.
If you haven't gotten your hands on Shiny Charm yet, things just got a lot easier with the release of the Mega Dimension DLC.
Pokémon Legends: ZA's Rarest Shiny Odds Are More Than 1 in 3 Million
Good luck to you, trainers.
First pointed out by YouTuber Austin John Plays, Pokemon Legends: ZA Mega Dimension introduces a variety of new research tasks that allow you to reach research level 50, the rank required for Shiny Charm, without having to win 1,000 battles.
These new tasks include “Filling Your Hyperspace Pokedex”, which involves catching some of the new Pokemon introduced in the DLC, and “Hyperspace Investigation”, which requires you to simply enter the game's new Hyperspace area opened up by the Mythical Pokemon Hoopa.
While many players have likely reached 1,000 wins in battle by this point, these new changes will certainly benefit some. I wasted time of my life trying to get an amulet, but at least some of you don't have to. And I am happy for you. to be honest.
