You can obtain these boots by farming Varshan near the Tree of Whispers.or Grigoire, just south of Ked Bardu. Both are considered lair bosses, and to obtain treasure chest materials you must:

  • Varshan's Malignant Heart drops from Whispering Tree caches and Eldritch Debtors.

  • Helltide chests and bosses drop Living Steel for Grigoire.

Players will need 12 of each boss' material to open their respective treasure troves.

The best way to obtain materials for both of these bosses is to farm Tree of Whisper bounties in active Helltide regions.
