So what is Gleemox's flavor text?
There are thousands and thousands. Magic: The Gathering Since the card is out there, it's no surprise that a few pop up that you don't recognize. Between rare creature types, exclusive cards, and digital-only printing, strange cards are bound to pop out of the woodwork every now and then.

One of these cards is a curious little relic that remains little known among many Magic fans despite being around for several years. This is an interesting little story about the Gleemox artifact, a reference to an old, silly set joke.
What is Gleemox?
At first glance, Gleemox looks like an amazing card. If you have 0 mana, you can get an artifact that can be tapped for any mana, much like the original Moxes from the early days of Magic. However, right below that ability, there is another rule that states that the card is banned. It does not specify in what form it is prohibited, only that it is prohibited.
It doesn't say much, but it's a weird little card and the only card in Magic history to be banned. One neat tidbit about the card is that the artist behind this strange card None other than Dan Fraser, He has also illustrated many other Mox cards throughout the game's history.
Where does Gleemox come from?
It turns out that this card is exclusive to Magic: The Gathering Online and comes as follows: Promotional card to support the launch of the Gleemax project. When the joke set called Unhinged came out; Gleemax has been given its own official card. It costs a million mana to cast this artifact, so it won't happen often and you can choose any target for any spell and ability. Gleemax jokes that he has his fingers, or brain waves, in every aspect of Magic. It also comes with a silly little flavor text that mentions that the R&D team is under control.

As of now, it's almost like A 20 year old website won't get you anywhereIt's not even included on the Magic: The Gathering website, which is a bit disappointing.
